ISABELLE DANION

Hello ! I’m Isabelle Danion. My job is IT project manager oriented end-user. I did it for more than 15 years in a large media company called Solocal. It started in 1988. Back then, I was an account manager, and Solocal was a booming company. There, I had the opportunity to help in digitising business processes of customer relationships, then sales. We implemented an in-house customer relationship management tool : at that time CRM solutions did not exist yet. Solocal salesforce used to be two thousand five hundred people. I gained my project management experience in developing apps for them. As I told you before, I’m end user oriented, so the client’s needs are my main concern. I’m good at listening to their needs, collect them, and of course, I stick to the specifications, budget and deadlines. For 2 years, I managed the Pages Jaunes e-business site, in agile mode. In 2018, I started a one year bachelor's degree in Digital Project Management. During my studies, I designed websites applying UX principals, and built them using HTML5, CSS3, and php. This allows me to understand both the business issues and the problems that developers may face. This senior education together, with my work experience in IT project management makes me an asset to any organization.
